For the T shirts cotton material, we have different weights to meet your special different demand. 

If you wanna some cheap light material, we will do 150gsm cotton, for example election shirts, free gift shirts for limit usage;

180gsm cotton is the most popular & hottest material, good enough for advertising and normal resell, 90% clients order this material; 

if you wanna better quality to meet your top brand, we have also 190gsm, 210gsm , 240gsm, 280gsm do for you.

Becides these regular material, all any other materials available, different weight cotton, cotton polyester, quick dry polyester, modal material available in JARMOO.

Different Printing Methods

We have 5 different printing methods for custom printed shirts, if you don't know how to choose, no matter, we can help you make the choice according to your logo, and if you don't like our suggestion, you can tell us your thought and then we can help you revise custom t shirt design.

Diffferent Printing Methods for Cotton Shirts

Screen Printing T-shirts: Normally it suit for solid color logo, only few colors number for your logo. It can used at any material. Screen printing method is the most regular method we use, it is cheapest too.

Heat Transfer T-shirts: Also called offset printing. If your logo is full color, can not use screen printing, for example you wanna print gradient colors design or a picture/photo and your logo is not very large as A3, A4, we can then use this heat transfer printing. Heat transfer print effect will be very bright and vivid. 

Digital Printing T-shirts: If your logo is full color, and you don't like offset printing (Some clients may mind heat transfer printing' plastic tough feeling because of the glue ), then 3D digital printing is a good option for you, the print effect is also very good and it is more breathable.

Embroidery T-shirts: If you wanna your shirts looks higher grade, we can also do embroidery logos for you, delicate embroidery logos will make your shirts top quality.
