DIFFERENT PRINTING METHODS

For your non woven bags, according to your logo, we have 3 different printing methods. Maybe you will consider how to choose the printing methods, but please don't worry about that, we will recommend the most economic pritinting methods for your bags according to your logo, except you have special required for the printing methods.

If your logo is simple, just few solid colors, we suggest you choose this method, it is the cheapest methods and  most our customers use this print method with good feedback after use. It can print your logo with any pantone color, even metal color (silver and gold), we can also can print very well.

For this printing methods, if you logo is colorful, but just print on part of bag, we can use this method. Non matter how your logo complex, for the method can be printed vivild.

Logo is colorful, and printed on the full bags, for this method, our MOQ is 1000 pcs per design. On the outside it have a plastic film to protect the bag color and make the bags no fade.

DIFFERENT PRINTING METHODS

We have 3 different stitching methods for the non woven bags.
1)Line Stitch: If your bag size is small and don't carry very heavy goods, we will recommend this economic methods. But if you want the bags more strong, we suggest to choose X stitch.
2)X stitch: “x" reinforced, heavy-duty.more stronger.
3)Machine pressure Ultrasonic stitch: For this method, normally just for the big quantity request at least 5000 pcs, we will use the machine to make bag.

COLOR OPTION

Normally for small quantity order, our non woven bags just can use our stock non woven fabric color. Please see following colors, and choose your favorite one for you bags, then we will print your logo on this color bags. If your order over 10,000 pcs, we can dye colors as your request.
