Dye-Printing Big Machine (Screen Printing)

This is our automatic screen printing machine. The whole machine control circuit system adopts the most advanced programmable logic controller (PLC), and the circuit control is simple, reliable and stable. The pneumatic control printing unit of the machine is equipped with an adjustable vacuum suction system and a blower device, which can effectively improve the printing positioning accuracy. The squeegee movement and the table motion are controlled by AIRTAC cylinders and servo motors respectively, with high-precision linear guides, and the operation is more stable, safe and reliable. The printing stroke and the fixed position of the screen are adjustable to facilitate the printing area of different specifications. The drying system adopts hot air circulation drying, and the drying effect is much better and energy saving.

This automatic screen printing machine adopts electromechanical-pneumatic-controlled. It uses screen printing principle to automatically adjust the parameter of ink layer thickness, color vividness and fastness, glossiness and durability according to the material and use of the product. The screen printing method and the ink are automatically and continuously printed on various soft materials. The product printed by this machine has full and rich ink layer, high color fastness, strong hiding power and accurate color registration. It is especially suitable for large-volume, large-area flags and banners. Normally, it continuously print more than 10,000 square meters of products every day. While printing efficiency is high, it can also effectively save individual product costs.
