Sublimation Printing Tent
If your quantity is just few ( always below 10pcs ) , or printing filling the face , usually we use sublimation priniting ; 

Sublimation prinitinga high quality print method which allows for full color all over and extremely vibrant printed graphics which are completely customizable. Dye Sublimation is a digital printing method that uses high heat to turn the ink in-between a gas and solid.This allows the ink to “transfer” the ink at the molecular level from the paper into the fabric. The end result of the sublimation process is a high resolution, full color print that is UV resistant and machine washable. 

Fabric and frame Choice

If you need normal quality ,we have 500D pu coated oxford fabric with 21kgs aluminum frame, waterproof and esay portable, this is most customers first standard choice due to its price performance ratio ;
If you want higher quality, we have 600D pu coated oxford plus 40mm hexagon aluminum frame, the fabric and frame is more stable ; 
If you want very high quality, we have 600D pu coated oxford plus 50mm-1.8mm hexagon aluminum frame, flame retardant and very strong to resistance wind;

Screen Printing Tent
If your quantity is big ( always over 10pcs ) , or printing solid color and logo size is localised , usually we use screen priniting.

Screen printing is a cost-effective, high-quality printing method suitable for large orders.

Pull the ink onto the screen and cut out the logo film on it. If your logo has only a few colors and you will order multiple tents, then screen printing may be your best choice. 

Printing quality is much better if you choose good quality fabric (420D-800D) rubber coated ;

Style 5: Roof with 4 pcs full walls

Iron Frame

1. Black iron frame is wear-resistant.
2. Simple construction by piece structure.
3. With cheap price.
4. If you order large quantity, this frame is the first choice.

Squre Aluminum Frame

1. Full set with black nylon link.
2. On the leg bottom with foot lock, pull ring structure.
3. The thickness of tube is 1.8mm, other supplier is 1.5mm.
4. The price is not too high for this frame, but with high quality, very economic, most of our clients choose this frame.

Hexagon Aluminum Frame

1. Surface oxidation treatment, Not easy to be scratched.
2. The shape is hexagon, more stable than square shape.
3. High wear resistance and stability.
4. The price not so expensive, but the quality is very high.

Luxury lexagon Aluminum Frame

1. Surface oxidation treatment, Not easy to be scratched.
2. The frame is thick, very strong. 50mm thickness tube construction.
3. All joints of the frame are made of aluminium thus further strengthening the structure.
4. If your local with heavy wind, we suggest to choose this frame, with strong wind resistance.
5. Best quality in China.
6. But this frame is very heavy, not easy to carry.
